Placing an order through checkout creates a purchase request. We confirm every order by phone before shipping — an order is final once confirmed. Prices are shown at checkout in the store currency and include applicable taxes where required.
We accept cash on delivery and card payments via Stripe. Card orders stay pending until the payment is verified; a cancelled or failed payment leaves the order pending and you can retry or switch to cash on delivery. We never charge more than the total shown at checkout.
Delivery fees and timeframes depend on your address and are shown before you confirm — see shipping info. Risk transfers to you on delivery; inspect your items with the courier when possible.
Unused items in original packaging can be returned under our returns policy. Defective items are covered by the manufacturer warranty; contact us and we will guide you through the claim.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Abusing promos, reviews, or checkout (automated ordering, fake reviews) may lead to order cancellation or account suspension.
