We deliver to your door (home delivery) and to pickup points where available. The exact fee for your address is calculated at checkout before you confirm — the server re-verifies it when your order is placed, so the price you see is final.
Orders are confirmed by phone, usually the same day, then handed to the courier. Typical delivery is 1–3 business days for major cities and 2–5 for other areas. You can follow every step from the order tracking page.
For cash on delivery, have the exact total ready. Check the package with the courier before accepting when you can — report visible damage immediately so we can start a replacement under the returns policy.
