To fulfil your order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and order details. If you create an account we also store your email address and password (hashed — we never see it). If you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email address for marketing.
Your data is used to process and deliver orders, contact you about them, prevent fraud, improve the store, and — only with your consent — send offers and news. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
We share the minimum necessary data with delivery couriers (name, phone, address), our payment processor (Stripe, for card payments), and authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your personal data.
Your cart, checkout draft, and preferences are kept in your browser's local storage so the shop works between visits. Clearing site data removes them.
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time via the contact page. Signed-in customers can review their orders in My account.
